I have argued over twenty-five appeals in federal and state court and have drafted briefs at all levels of the federal and state judiciaries, including the Utah Supreme Court, the New York Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Before joining Zimmerman Booher, I served as Assistant Solicitor General in the Office of the New York Attorney General. I previously practiced general commercial litigation at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and clerked for Judge Albert Diaz on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
